1. The above packages are inclusive of all taxes

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT: 100% advance payment on confirmation of
booking or as per validity.
3. MODE OF PAYMENT: By Demand Draft in favor of “Luxury
Resorts Pvt. Ltd. ” payable at Dharamshala or Deposit
the amount in our HDFC BANK ACC. NO. -06052560000045
under prior intimation to us. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSTATION CHEQUES.
4. REFUND: No refund for short stays and un availed facilities.
5. JURISDICTION: All disputes are subject to Dharamshala Jurisdiction
only.
6. CHECK-IN/OUT: 12 NOON
CANCELLATION RULES & REGULATIONS
:
* Less than 7 days but more than 5 days : 30% of the package
price.
* Less than 5 days but more than 3 days : 50% of the package
price.
* Less than 3 days or no show : No refund.
*All packages are extendable on pro- rata basis as quoted
at the time of reservations only or subject to availability.
* No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
* The Management reserves the right to alter or withdraw in
facilities provided under these packages.
All reservations/cancellations are subject to a confirmation
from the Hotel.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All bills will be payable on the rates applicable during check-in.
Check in/Check out time 12:00 noon.
